These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Orbit Frame's video review platform, API endpoints, and cloud transcode services.
1. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and API tokens. Any action performed by authenticated members of your workspace is deemed authorized by your organization.
2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Enterprise plans include a 99.99% uptime SLA for media streaming and API availability. Pro and Team plans are delivered with high-availability multi-region redundancy.
