1. Media File Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights to all media uploaded to Orbit Frame. We do not use your video, audio, or annotations for AI model training or commercial marketing without explicit written consent.

2. Guest Reviewer Data

When guest reviewers access shared review links, we record their provided name, email address, IP address, and browser user agent solely for identification on comments and dynamic security watermarking.

3. Data Retention & Erasure

When you delete an asset or project, files are moved to the Trash for 30 days before permanent, unrecoverable cryptographic purge from object storage.
